These famous Vows within the Pure Land Buddhist tradition are from The Longer Sukhavativyuha Sutra. This English translation by Luis O. Gomez is from the Chinese version attributed to Sanghavarman, and was published in the volume called “The Land of Bliss, The Paradise of the Buddha of Measureless Light: Sanskrit and Chinese Versions of the Sukhavativyuha Sutras”. This video is dedicated to the subscriber to my channel who requested that I recite these Vows.
